Süffiger, fein säuerlicher Beginn. Fruchtig-würzig, beerig, konstante Aromatik. Die Säure bleibt verhalten, spritzig, mittellanger Abgang. Kein Top-Produkt aber spritzig und rund. 11/7/9/9/8/9

Draught, taster. @Mikkeller Beer Celebration 2024, Copenhagen (Denmark). 10/05/2024 [#7.326 Global - #495 Germany - #19 Buddelship Brauerei] Pours pink with almost no head. Aroma: red berries, wood barrels, brett and spiced malts. Taste: lot of sour red berries and wood barrels. Dry palate. Next one, please!

0,75 l bottle from the brewery booth at Bierfest Osterholz-Scharmbeck last summer. Bottled 24.04.2020, BB 24.04.2024. Bright dark rosé in the glass, small short living pale rosé head. Looks interesting. Dry but also sweet berryfruity aroma. Taste is sweet fizzy fruity, tard berryfruity at the second stage with pale malt. Well balanced. Nice one.
