Three Threads is a blend of three different barrels of methode traditionelle spontaneous ale brewed in 2018 and 2019. Each barrel possesed varying characteristics which when blended together brought out our signature Minnesota Spontaneous Ale profile. Extended bottle conditioning coaxed aromas of cave aged washed rind Taleggio, Grapefruit rind and peach tea kombucha. Flavors are soft cedar tones with balanced stone fruit acidity and peppery carbonation created with Minnesota Goldenrod honey during bottling. Pair this ale with Belgian Carbonnade or steamed PEI Mussels.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Green session), pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma has some phenols, rustic notes, and bready malt. Flavour has lots of phenols, rustic saison yeast, and more bandaids on the finish. Messed up yeast profile. Very bad.
