Nuestros amigos de AléAlé nos sacaron a bailar y aceptamos gustosos la invitación. De Galicia se trajeron 80 litros de agua de las Rías Baixas, que aportan a esta IPA un lígero e interesante matiz salado. Nosotros pusimos el trigo, de la variedad Aragón 03, que agrega un cuerpo y un sabor especial. Todo rematado con un combo frutal de lúpulo Sabro, Idaho 7, El Dorado y HBC 586.

Draft, half pint. @Oflanaghans, Compostela. 16/02/2024 [#7.010 Global - #1.403 Spain - #72 Cierzo Brewing Co.] Pours murky yellow with a lacing off-white head. Aroma: sea salt, yeast and lime. Taste: very salty and fizzy leading to a dry finish. Too much. Next one please!
