We brewed this super smashable little pale with Pilsner malt, Spalter Select, Mandarina Bavaria, and Idaho 7 hops. Expect a nose full of freshly-cut grass, followed by a juicy blast of small orange fruits and zesty citrus rind, all wrapped up with a cheeky hint of herbal green tea on the finish.

Hand-pulled pint at the Pheasant Inn and Brewhouse on 2nd November 2024. Pale golden body, white crust. Orange like aroma and taste with a grapefruit bitterness, wasn't overly impressed to be honest, I found it a little 'weak'.

Very slightly hazy gold with a frothy white head. Very nice session pale, light and easy drinking with a delicate light malt backbone and a fleshy fruit flavour, some soft hop bitterness filtering in towards a dry finish
