IPA 95% hopped with Nelson Sauvin. Tart and dry flavours with gooseberry, white wine and grapefruit notes coming through. Unfined with a light haze, slight maltiness to counterbalance the dry hop flavour.

Cask at PoW, Farnborough. Low key citrus aroma. Dark amber. Thin bubbly translucent white head. Slightly hazy. At the high end of medium bitter. Grapefruit as promised - which predominates. Light-medium bodied. Flat carbonation - been on a while? Long dry astringent finish. Decent enough but one dimensional.

ABV: 6.0%. Cloudy medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy - fizzy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, gooseberry - wine - grapes. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, dry, gooseberry, grapes, grapefruit, hoppy, hop bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20180802]
