This NEIPA delivers sublime, orangey stickiness on the nose from Strata hops. Enveloped by a soft oat-malt body, XO33 and Chinook hops in the hot-side offer light bitterness. Balanced by a luscious dry hop of Cashmere, Citra and Bru-1, the beer finishes with peach blossom aromas and a stabilising piney presence.
