Cask at the Hanging Bat. Been a long time since I typed those words. Pours hazy yellow with a thin white head. Aromas of tropical fruit. Taste is bitter, plant stalks. Bitter finish. Good body.

ABV: 4.5%. Cloudy matt medium yellow orange colour with a average to small, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity malt, pale malt, fruity, light easthy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity hops, citrus, fruity, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180724]

31/5/2018. Cask at the Dog & Rabbit, Whitley Bay. Pours slightly hazy yellow gold with a small lasting creamy off-white head. Aroma of citrus, grass, hops and straw. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, slightly watery and oily texture, soft to fine carbonation. Decent.

On cask at the Auld Hoose. Appearance - golden with a nice fluffy head. Slight haze. Nose - orange and floral notes. Taste - orange, light apricot, resin edge. Palate - light bodied and creamy. Dry agreeable finish. Overall - good.
