It is a classical weiss but nothing special, lack of good ingredients, wheat, banana touch, watery, so-so, 04.08.2016, drinking it in my hotel room in Paris, buying it there.

hazy yellow pour, with little to no head. Lots of yeast in the aroma along with lots of citrus, especially lemon. Flavour is very much all lemon to my tastes, its like a lemon lifesaver. Its interesting, not 100% unpleasant, but i’m not tasting any "alpine herbs".

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso frumento e mela. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è di aspetto opalescente. Bollicine fini costituiscono anche la forma della frizzantezza, con carbonazione allegra, vivace e persistente. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e permane in maniera sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, frumento, agrumi e mela verde.

(Can from South Korean convenience store) Pours clear amber with good white head. Good aroma of banana, with notes of pear drops. Soft smooth medium body. Good taste with some complexity. Banana, pear drops, notes of berries and cloves. Gentle tartness and sweetness. Very drinkable

33cl bottle. Pours orange gold, medium transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is really particular, because of the spices used. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium sweet, but fairly short in the final, and rather refreshing.
