[ As Barum Midsummer Ale ].Light unclear light to medium yellow colour with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, flowers, elderflowers. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, citrus, pale malt, sweet malt, elderflower notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20171014] 6-3-6-3-12
