Solstice is a refreshing Summer Ale "dry hopped" with orange zest for a fruity and dry finish. Featuring notes of sweet citrus, biscuit, and fresh cut grass, this beer is what we'll be drinking all summer. Keep cold and enjoy fresh! Sunshine recommended.

Broadway draught, 8/20/25.
Gently hazy, hazier than Out of Focus and Queen Rabbit...
Earth, rind, dull orange and white bread. Bit of acidity. Very clean.
Zesty, juicy, cracker and malty with excellent dryness and wonderful maltiness lingering among minimal adjunct and long honey in the finish. Wow!

Pours hazy gold into a willi. Bright white soapy head with medium retention recedes to hug rim. Biscuit and grass aromas. Crisp with sweet citrus, hay and straw front to back. Medium length earthy pith finish.
