Tap at Cap Tap. Pours clear gold with a white head that laces. Aroma is mild sour citrusy. Med body or so. Flavor is fruity/citrus and lacto or pedio - I think pedio. Seems to have a few hot bits in the finish. Some woody notes. Gets tartly vinous as the mouth fatigues. Pretty nice sour. On reflection pineapple comes to mind. I don’t know why. Maybe it’s the sour part.

Draft. Golden-straw beer with a cream head. Tropical fruit aroma with light tartness. Tropical fruit and grapefruit flavor with light tartness. Medium bodied. Tropical fruit and grapefruit lingers with light tartness.
