Bottle at the Zoo. Pours a clear yellow color with a fizzy body. A big sweet sugary pear nose. Light cinnamon, comes across as spicy, sweet pear. Fizzy and sugary body. OK.

Bomber from Cap Tap. Pours very, very light gold with some white bubbles and smear. Light aromas of pear and cinnamon. Near med body. Flavor starts with nice cinnamon and pear, but then something goes awry. Maybe the cinnamon is too strong. The pear is sort of mangled. After a pause I am sure there is too much cinnamon for me. Wouldn’t have thought that probable. Cinnamon usually works well. It’s not totally dry either. This needs a new approach IMHO.

Draught at Schilling Cider House, Seattle; 6.8% ABV
Pale yellow color. Like the name says, it has some cinnamon and pear, but they are delicate; it’s semi-sweet, with just light cider qualities, low bitterness, and light astringency in the final, a touch of nuts too.
Pleasant and refreshing.

On tap at Schilling, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out much cinnamon upfront, followed by subdued dry pear. Flavour brings out a nice balance of pear skins and cinnamon. Very accessible, with medium-high sweetness. One of those more mainstream cheap ciders, but it's still quite enjoyable. Solid.
