Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8
Tap at Blue Note. Pours very hazy darkish raspberry color - sort of a purplish cast. Aroma is simply raspberry. Med minus body. Flavor is lightly tart; dryish; lightly funky; raspberry. Could be a touch of pedio. Slight touch of seed bitter. Kind of like a non-Lindemans fruit lambic. Nice, but not all that close to the better Belgian products. Absolutely amazing for this geographic location.
