Apple, slightly cheesy funk nose. Clear pale yellow, no visible carbonation. Semi-sweet apple, funk at midpalate, mellow. Medium body, soft carbonation.

Bomber from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours sort of perry color with a few white bubbles. Aroma has a smoke note. Med minus body. Flavor is a touch of cinnamon, some definite smokiness, and something making me think of calvados. Pretty smoky to me. Dry. I’m getting used to it.
