2018 bottle @MBCC2019, Red Session. Clear red, white head. Funky dark berry aroma. Sourish, juicy flavour, dark berries.

Flaska på MBCC 2019, grön session - och därefter flaska efter passet. Vintage 2018 (label 2017 - felmärkt!). Tjusigt och tjockt knallröd med vitrosa skum. Fullt med mörka, röda persikor, röda bär, röda vinbär, snällt stallig ton, körsbärsbärnor och en riktigt bra fatkaraktär med fin strävhet. Fantastiskt gott!

2018 bottle. Clear red color with white head. Aroma is beautiful cherries, raspberries, peach, super fruit salad. Taste is cherries, peach, very fruity, not so much funk. Dry finish, oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Almost too clean.

ABV: 6.0%. Clear medium red colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white - pink head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, barnyard, leather, fruity yeast, peach, berries, funk, barrel - oak. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, fruity yeast, peach, berries, barnyard, barrel - oak, funky. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190511]

2017: 8-4-7-4-15 = 3,8 2018: 8-5-8-4-16 = 4,2 Deep ruby with pinkish head. Loads of grapes, fruit, red berries. Loads of peach, candy peach. Heavily fruity. Great!
