375ml bottle pours out crisp golden topped with a small fizzy head. Nose is nice funky green apple and basement dust. Taste is more of the nice tart funky barrel basement.

Sample during the Super Bowl Viewing And Beer tasting on 02/03/2019. Slightly hazy orange-gold color with a medium bone white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Partial rings of lace. Aroma of funky yeast, fruit, mild hops and malt. Medium body with flavors of brett yeast, funky fruit, oak and doughy malt. The finish is fruity with a funky yeast aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Bottle, 0.375l. Aroma is vinous, funky, musty, grainy, woody and floral. Pours hazy golden color with thin creamy white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts refreshing sour grainy, citrusy and vinous, follows by mild oak note, tannins and funky yeast, mouthfeel is crisp and dry, while finish is rather astringent. Medium body, creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. Spontaneously insanely good...
