Aus der Flasche (bbe 13-09-2018 ) im 2018-01 getrunken. Sehr süffiges Porter mit deutlicher Kokusnussaromen. Mit der Vanilie und den Kardamom ergibt es irgendwie ein spannendes Coca Aroma mit deutlicher Schokoladen Note.

Draught @ 9th. BBF 2017 [ 9th Borefts Beer Festival 2017 ] @ Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Põhjala Talveöö ].Unclear dark brown colour with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, sweet malt, coconut, vanilla, cardamom, maple - cocoa. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, cardamom, coconut, vanilla, dark malt, sweet malt, chocolate, maple - cocoa. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Tap at St Michael, Oulu. Color is almost black with small brownish head. Aromas and flavors: Spices, cardamom, some vanilla, sweetness, chocolate and roasted malts. Too spiced for me. Too sweet also.

Bottle from Drinks & Gifts. Dark color, short frothy head. Aroma of lots of coconut, chocolat and vanilla. Quite sweet in taste, coconut ofcourse, roast, some alcohol. Malibu chocolate mix. But I love these kinds of beers.

330ml bottle shared with friends at the workplace. Almost black in body appearance. Naked at the top, clingy lacing on the glass. Inviting mid-sweet dark malty nose with hints of coconuts and liquorice. Solid taste of dark malts and vanilla sweetness added by a lightly touch mid-dry spices. Lingering aftertaste with dark malts and dark fruity bitterness. Full bodied. Well made. God drinking. (Breiviklia, Tromsø 15.12.2017).

Flaske 330ml fra Vinmonopolet Tromsø - Langnes. Delt med EgilB på Øverhøgda 4 Des 17. Svart. Høyt brunt skum som daler veldig sakte. Litt lacing. Aroma av mint, vanilje & kokos. Oljeaktig munnfølelse. Smaken lakris & vanilje. Tørr ettersmak. Et utmerket øl!
