Can in a train. Thin body, medium carbo. Medium sourness, light tartness. Lots of raspberry, nice natural feeling. Little else to be found here besides that. Very clean lacto and beer overall, a hint of lacto funk maybe. Not very beery, but good, refreshing.

Der Sommer 2024 ist da und bringt neues JLV-Speisewagenbier. Passend zu den heißen 🥵 Temperaturen gibt es ein spritziges 🌊 Sauerbier mit Himbeeren 🌸, die es mit der trübrosa 🩷 Farbe nicht besonders hübsch, aber doch sehr erfrischend 🏄♂️ macht. Aromatisch nicht der große Wurf, aber als Erfrischung doch sehr gut.

Can delivered to my seat, with glass, on RJ257 between Praha and Brno, 06/06/24. Light cherry red with a faded crimson cap. Nose is tarte cherry, straw, damp cloth, herb, hedgerow. Taste comprises cherry stones, damp hay, toasted grains, herb, lactic tang, berry pips. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light puckering edge. Easy refreshing sour ... pleasant starter for the day.
