Double barrel-aged ale with maple syrup, pistachios, pecans, walnuts, hazelnuts, cinnamon, and vanilla
The arguments over baklava’s origins are endless— the arguments over how tasty this beer is, are non-existent. Tart yet decadent, sweet, and complex. Our Bruers blended our bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout with our Flemish-style red ale and treated it with maple syrup and other decadent delights to create a double barrel-aged treat suitable only for Hoarders.

Bottle at tasting in Bratislavka. Sour fruity aroma and taste, light roasty notes, nuts, maple syrup notes, vinegar, red wine notes, tanins, solvent, light sweet, medium sour. Medium to full body, sour fruity dry finish. Ok.

Bottle at a tasting in Bratislavka. Suitable only for hoarders, I agree. Smells nice, but tastes like shit. Lots of acetic acid paired with glue, nail polish remover. Zero baklava. Shit.
