A nod to Dock Street's founder, an Italian immigrant. A grist of German Pilsner malt is carefully decocted to develop a delicate and crisp malt base, onto which an assertive noble hop profile is built with frequent kettle additions of Hallertau Tradition, Hallertau Blanc, and Styrian Aurura. Dry hopped post fermentation with Blanc and Aurora, then lagered extensively. Dynamic flavor and aroma of herbal nobility, soft melon, and blooming wildflowers. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, served in the Keller-Style.

Earthy, hoppy, decent enough. Luis not rocking the Koke kit today.

Tap at Dock Street. Filtered bright body. Massive creamy head fills up a lot of the glass. I'd guess a 13oz pint. Earthy, grassy..the hops don't seem 100 percent appropriate, almost gives it a lemondrop tone. OK.

Can from the source: pours clear gold with loose white head. Aroma is lemony and a bit grainy. Taste is lightly bitter, more hop character than bitterness. Smooth and soft.
