We adjusted our grain bill for 2022 to improve the marriage between malt and the wonderful flavors of our favorite trio of NZ hops - Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin and Motueka - finishing with an additional dry hop of Nelson. This beer is clean, flavorful and satisfying.

Draft at the source. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Touch of grapefruit, citrus, floral notes, refreshing.

Tap at Astro Lab. Filtered orange-tan body. My dream hop bill but nothing really jumps out at me. Grainy Pils taste mostly, drinkable and OK but a little bit disappointing.
