100% whole leaf Tettnang hops were added to the decoction boil, with no other hot side hops added. Our house German Ale yeast ferments clean, and accentuates the mild stone fruit notes from the German Dark Munich malts. In a non-traditional twist, a small addition of Tettnang was also added as a dry hop during cold maturation.

Tap at Human Robot. Steady beige head on top of a copper brown body. Doesn't quite have the luscious malt tone or depth. Still a really solid beer, perhaps a little more of a chewy hop tone than typical. Good
