Bottle 33 cl. Pours a slightly hazy, orangey brown with a rich and lacing, off-white head - very lively pour. Distinct aroma of Brett and manure. Medium body, lowish carbonation, subtle roast and somewhat spicy. The Brett is less pronounced in the flavor, but it leaves a slightly leathery note. And certainly dries out the beer. It's clearly infected, but far from spoiled. 101121

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy dark brown, rich creamy head. Aroma of dark fruit, candy sugar and dark bread. Mid sweet with medium to full body and well rounded mouthfeel. Dark berries, marzipan, brown sugar and toast. Mildly peppery finish with light bitterness.
