Draught at Brewer's Tap, 10/19/17.
Moderately hazy, soft, straw-yellow golden with a small-to-medium sized white head showing moderate retention.
Good amount of juicy hop character in the nose is softened by moderate malt backing. Honey, biscuit, vanilla and such with a pretty clean finish that doesn't have the typical strong resin and green onion/green pepper from Mosaic.
In the mouth it's light, moderately juicy, with long biscuit and well-attenuated grainy notes leading to lemon, nectarine and light grapefruit. Clean and with no alcohol and low resin. Nothing flashy, but competent and nicely avoiding the common Mosaic pitfalls.

Draft at Hellcat Annie’s. This rating is for the Mosaic one of the series, the description is correct, but the name needs to be updated. Clear orange color, frothy off white head. Aroma is light hop, a little spice. Not much else. Lightly bitter flavor. More spice. Lemony notes too. Kinda dull, but not bad. Would never have guessed this was made with Mosaic if they didn’t tell me.
