Draught@Akkurat, Stockholm. Hazy pinkish red colour with a small head. Aroma is raspberries, some citrus, mild tart tones. Flavour is raspberries, some vinegar, mild tart wooden notes with some slight almond touches. Interesting fruity bitterness in the finish, along with the tart tones.

(Bottle) Golden amber colour, slightly hazy, with brief foamy white head. Fruity nose with notes of raspberries, blood orange, lemon and wild strawberries. Fruity, tart taste with raspberries, blood orange, wild strawberries, spicy yeast, herbs, lemon and a light vinegar acidity in the finish. Light body, dry, hardly any bitterness. Tasty and refreshing, with a gentle acidity and a good berry character. Very nice.

Poured at Hunah Day, cloudy ruby with thick frothy white head. The aroma is berry, cherry, wheat, funk. Thin body, raspberry, cherry, light funk, lacto, nice tartness, very good.

Tap @ Mikkeller Bar Aarhus. Pours clear red with a small white head. Aromas of lactic tartness, subtle funk, raspberries, lemon. Taste is lactic, slightly metallic, raspberries, jam, tart pits.

Süffiger, fein säuerlicher Beginn. Wenig Kirsche und Limette, wenig holzig. Moderat bitter, die Säure steigt an. Spritzig, etwas hefig, rund fruchtig. Die Säure führt zum Ende deutlich, geringe Karbonisierung, mittellanger Nachhall, leicht verwässert. 11/12/10/11/9/12

Bottle shared with the KL Tasting Crew. Poured a hazy orange amber with a short lived fizzy white head. The aroma is yeast, strawberry, raspberry citrus, The flavour is moderate sour with a crisp, fresh tart citrus, creamy, buttery yeast palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, hazy. Aroma is fresh sour-ish mineraly, sour dusty raspberries, minerals, grass, soda powder, berry skin, rubber, flowers, hay, brett. Taste is slightly sour-ish dry mineraly, weeds, hay, berry skin, minerals, sawdust, grass, sour dusty raspberries, paper, fruit stones, rubber. Medium bitterness, slightly sour-ish mineraly mouthfeel. Kind of weird.
