Undated can, drunk 6/11/22. Clear gold-brass. Small, white head showing moderate-to-low retention. Honey and mineral, clean. Maybe some light wood but nothing dominant nor distracting from the clear, clean pils character. Low hop character - light floral and spicy hops. Soft and malty with good attenuation, light sourdough and plentiful herbal and spicy hop. Lingering tannin, wood and mild earthiness. Not even remotely overdone on the wood conditioning. Wouldnt even know it was done, other than perhaps the even, mild nature of the beer. Good herbal and spicy balance from the hops with lingering sourdough and white bread.
