Two Brothers set out to make a wide variety of creative and complex, yet balanced beers. But…once in a while we feel a need to “wobble” on the edge of really hoppy. Wobble IPA is golden in color with subtle malt character, big complex citrus and piney hop notes throughout.

(bottle, 35.5cl) Hazy, pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Slightly biscuity malty and citric, slightly earthy hoppy aroma, accompanied by hints of peach and resin. Moderately bitter and slightly sweet flavour, medium bodied with a crisp carbonation. Mildly bready and slightly biscuity malty base with moderately fruity and slightly earthy and resiny hops; dry-ish and moderately bitter finish. Fairly well-balanced IPA. 02.II.18

Flaske fra Vinmonopolet Tromsø - Langnes. Drukket på Lillehøgda. Gyldengul. Høyt kritthvitt luftig skum som daler sakte. Pen lacing. God plommearoma. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken litt grapefrukt. Tørr avslutning.

12 fl.oz bottle. A clear pale golden beer with a huge most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of bitter orange fruits, peach, soft reddish malt. Taste of intense bitter hops, orange fruits, citrus, peach, not bad!

On tap at Two Brothers, pours a clear dull golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out faded sweaty hops, with a touch of pine and dry biscuity malt. Flavour has a nasty sweaty quality to the hops, with herbal, sweat sock notes. Dry biscuity malt on the underside. The sweatiness really ruins this. This is very bad.

Crisp, very hazy golden coloured body with a nice, smallish pure white head that perhaps is nearly two centimetres tall. Aroma of fresh grass, very floral notes and quite a bit of piney bitterness, with a smooth malt scent and a touch of alcohol, all noticeable. Medium-bodied; Assertive grassy flavours with a distinct herbal quality, some flowers and a bit of malt, all with a smooth, but bitter finish. Aftertaste shows the hops in a decent light, albeit a definitely herbal and grassy twinge, along with some malt that supports the bitterness and a touch of fruits near the finish. Overall, a relatively smooth IPA with some good flavours, a solid profile, yet a very easy-to-drink and approachable beer with a slightly lighter-than-normal alcohol content. I sampled this twleve ounce bottle purchased from New Beer Distributors in New York, New York on 21-January-2017 for US$2,00 sampled at home in Washington on 17-February-2017.

Bottle. It pours a clear golden color with a foamy off white head. The aroma is mostly classic "C" hops with some grapefruit and florals. Light notes of toffee. The flavor is a little spicy with lots of flowery hops. Hints of grapefruit and toffee. Good body and carbonation. Kinda old school, but not bad.

bottle - Pours mostly clear copper colored with a one finger head. It smells of citrus accented hops and malt. It’s crisply bitter with a good malt balance and notes of citrus and resin. Medium bodied. Good IPA.

Doesn’t seem that wobbly to me. Seems more like a reg’ large ol’ ipa. Solid. Tasty, but nothing extraordinary.

On tap at Howells & Hood. Golden/orange with a white head. Aroma of citrus, some malt, light pineapple and light caramel. Similar taste. The finish was bitter.
