Bottle 700ml. @ [ chriso & Boudicca's pre- GBBF Shindig 2017 ] - Chris and Ruth's House, London. [ As Sidra Cruz de la Victoria ].ABV: 4.1%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, tart apples, sour apples, yellow apples and greem apples. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, apple, soft tart apples, fruity, sour. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170806] 6-3-7-3-13

Bottle shared at Chriso's Pre-GBBF Shindig. 06/08/2017. Many thanks! A clear dull golden coloured pour with a losse white head. Aroma is bile, apple funk, little vinegar, funky cheese. Flavour is composed of tangy vinegar, spicy and crisp. Palate is tangy, highish carbonation, medium sweet. Little bit too funk, bile.

Bottle shared at Chris & Ruth’s pre-GBBF Shindig - Part 2. A clear pale golden Cider with a small white ring. Aroma of tart apples, wood, yellow fruits. Taste of sweet apples, soft tart apples, sulfits, diacetyl.

bottle 70cl corked. as sidra extra victoria, exactly as in the picture. aroma sour appl, acid, slight cellary. flavor is mild apple, cider appe, not much acidity, except into the finish. overall a mld and easy drinking cider, tasting on the citrusy side of the apple spectrum. very slightly acid.

Bottled. 70cl corked. Clear, pale yellow with a minimal white head. The nose is too perfumed and rose-like for my taste, and the apples are too subdued. Roses and perfume over-powering the flavor as well, with apples, yeast and cellar playing the second violin. The mouthfeel is a bit soapy and lightly sparkling. Decent, nothing more. (070210)
