Bottle pour shared by CLW--thanks, Chris! at OT Camp tasting! Opaque, dark brown, ring of head with good retention, no lacing. Aroma is strong coffee, light green pepper, leather, mild dark fruit. Taste is strong toffee, coffee, leather, light green pepper. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste.

Bottle shared by CLW on 9/20/25.
Clear, dark auburn-mahogany. Small, tan head.
Rich bourbon and rye with light green bell pepper. Rich and soft with excellent aging. Pepper and lead. No alcohol but very chocolatey.
Rich and juicy with vanilla and milk chocolate. Fudge and rich bourbon. Spice, pepper, lead. Soft and rich, good attenuation. Malty as hell and on the sweeter side, but a hell of a barrel character.

Draft at the Front Door. Silky black pour with a razor thin ring of beige head. Big boozy aroma, roast malts . Taste is sweet, roasty, chocolate with a hint of coffee. Lots of boozy warmth.

375mL bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma reveals a shitload of coffee upfront, with a nice blend of bourbon, brown sugar, and toffee. Flavour is a lot more complex and multi-dimensional than the nose, with deep bourbon barrels, intense coffee, brown sugar, and toffee. Cohesive–showcasing the bourbon and coffee front-and-centre. Excellent.

Dark brown. No head. The aroma comes across as ancho, but that may well be coffee, and some big bourbon character as well. Similar palate. Lots of alcohol and barley wine, with a soft body. Delicious chocolate, coming together with a bit of nuttiness. Unusual and excellent.

CBJ Bottleshare. Thanks to Wingman. Almost opaque dark brown beer, small and short lived bubbly tan head. Light smooth palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Rich smooth dark chocolate malts. A ton of lovely ripe bourbon soaked fruits. Modest coffee. A little alcohol spice. Rather lovely!
