Sampled from the tap at Brasserie V. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has strong Belgian yeast notes with a hint citrus and sweet grains backing. Flavor has grass and citrus with growing Belgian yeast and a grain backbone.

12oz can. Unfiltered, thick copper body. Steady white head. Amarillo sort of suits a Belgian Pale Ale, as it is closer to a dry noble hop. Some mild juiciness in there as well somehow. Really well executed. Doesn't really taste like a Belgian, but obviously uses the yeast. Good.
