On tap at Bierlokaal De Uiver. Black colour, beige-brown head. Aroma of salty milk chocolate, pralines, caramel, roasted malts. Flavour is medium sweet, milk chocolate, light salty caramel, roasted malts, hint of mocha, bittersweet finish. Medium bodied. Tasty stuff, good.

02-09-17 // tasting paddle at Oslo Pub / the brewery in Galway, Ireland. Deep Brown beer, creamy beige head. Aroma of roasted malts, Lactose sweetness, some chocolate, smooth and creamy texture.

Bottle 0.5l. Dark brown colored. AROMA- roasted malts, chocolate, cocoa, pralines, lactic tones. FLAVOR- quite smooth, neutral, pleasantly bitter, chocolate, lactic tones, nougat. Medium bodied.

Dark brown to black colored, medium- tan head. Aroma is of dark chocolate, some roasted malt, light lactose. Taste is medium sweet malt, roasted malt, milk and dark chocolate, some lactose, medium bitterness, dryish finish. Medium- bodied, soft carbonation, bit creamy. Quite tasty for a light beer, not overdone with the lactose also. (on tap, Craft Room, Zagreb)

Medium but dense & stable dark-cream head over virtually black beer. Husks, coffee, tobacco, even some leather; warming up, chocolate (milk and dark) coming up. Dry-bitterish, again tobacco and coffeegrind. Cream (feel and taste) from the lactose suggesting sweetness, yet keeping in dry. Some malty underbuild. Creamy & film-y feel; feeling better bodied than it is; good carbonation. First impressions (aroma & flavour) are dry and great, but they mellow just a touch too much afterwards. 7/4/7/4/14

Pitch black, small foamy tan head, mostly diminishing, light lacing. Aroma roasted malts, cocoa, some caramel. Smooth taste, medium sweet and light bitter, dark malts, chocolate, lactose, bit toffee, light spicy notes. Sweetbitter aftertaste, light chocolate, coffee ground, medium body, watery to thin creamy texture, soft carbonation, nice milk stout.

Zwart met bruine kraag. Aroma en smaken van koffie geroosterde en gebrande mout, chocolade, droog maar vooral erg veel kofie.

Draught @ The Brew Dock, Dublin, shared with Niilstrong. Dark brown to black color with a dark red glare coming through, average sized beige head. Smell and taste malts, roast, roast malt bitter. Decent body and carbonation. Not bad.
