Unfiltered, naturally hazy & ridiculously refreshing. German Czech style Pilsner - Tasting of honey, fresh lemon & spice. Rooted in tradition with a big hop blend of Saaz, Mittelfruh & Perle. We keep to a strict 6 week conditioning stage in tank allowing the flavour to mellow and develop.

Can at home, 25/06/17. Clear golden with a well appointed white head of bubbles. Nose is toasted grains, pale malts, light hop chase, lemon rind, straw, touch of bread. Taste comprises light caramel, bread dough, straw, light noble hops, grass, toasted grains, light spice. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough pils but perhaps not quite as clean as I’d like.
