Flesje gedeeld met Tom, Benzai en Roelzie1986. Robijnrood , helder bier. Aroma van caramel en pruim. Smaak van caramel. Nasmaak is bitter.

This bottle whas shares by Benzai. This porter is clear dark brown. It smells lightly roasted and raisins.

Bottle shared with Inoven, TomHendriksen and Roelzie1986 @ random tasting. Nice deep dark red color, medium sized beige head that lasts for quite a while. Aroma is malts, raisins, sweet dark fruits. Taste malts, dark fruits, slightly alcohol, slight roast, malt bitter, bitter. Medium body, soft mouthfeel, average to decent carbonation. Quite nice.

Draught at Chmielarnia, Warszawa, on February 29, 2016.Part of a flight/sample paddle.Listed at 7.8% ABV as a Robust Porter.Clear deep red to black color, tan head. Malty, some chocolate scent. Malty, chocolate, light sweet taste. Chocolate, roasted aftertaste. Medium to full mouthfeel, low bitterness.

Bottle. Black colour, rocky beige head, fair lacing. Aroma is intensive dark chocolate, roasted, alcohol. Medium bitterness. Full body, quite heavy. Good, but not spectacular.

Butelka 0.5l (10.09.2015). Piwo o ciemno brązowej barwie z rubinowymi przebłyskami pod światło, beżowo-brązową, obfitą i gęstą pianą a przede wszystkim całkiem trwałą i ładnie zdobiącą szkło. Aromat słodko-kwaskowy z nutami słodów ciemnych, prażonego ziarna, karmelu, czekolady. W smaku czekoladowe, półsłodkie skontrowane goryczką o charakterze palonym, ostrą, delikatnie ściągającą ale będącą fajna kontrą do słodyczy piwa. Pojawia się też subtelna nutka alkoholu, która lekko piecze w gradle ale nie jest to męczące a tylko dodaje piwu charakteru i podnosi odczucie goryczki. Piwo treściwe a jednocześnie delikatne i gładkie, rozgrzewające, pije się powoli ale z przyjemnością.

Bottle from Eldesmadre. Many thanks! Dark brown, beige creamy foam. Aroma of espresso, dark chocolate and some liquorice. Some sour hints. Bitter and roasty. Easy drinkable. Medium body. Good, maybe a bit thin.

bottle at home from trade with geophagus, thanks Robert. BB 10.09.2015. almost black color, small tan head. smells tobacco, roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, toffee, milky, quiet nice smell. full body, slick mouthfeel, soft carbonation, taste of herbs, some roasted malt, peppermint, chocolate, some sweetness, ash, very light alcoholic, overall milky / oily texture, small lacing. roasty bitter / light ashy / coffee finish. some more warming alcohol after a while. quite good.
