16oz can. Deep amber cornered brown body. Sort of excessive beige head makes me think mild infection. Mildly nutty and smooth, but the mild infection throws it off. After my first two Public purchases, I am fairly certain they are a pretty lackluster brewery. Infection tone comes off more in the aroma. Pretty shabby stuff.

Tap at the brewery - hazy reddish brown - frothy lace - a very dry, nutty, leafy brown ale - some light acid and sourness cuts the nuttiness and light toffee notes - a bitterness and light burton-ish mineral bite in the finish - solid brown.
