Pint can from Festival Green Bay West, 5/30/25. Amber with ever the slightest haze. Large white head, good retention. Aroma of green, earthy, grassy hops. Taste is grapefruit, earth, lemon juice, green hops. Well balanced. Decent.

On tap at GTMW 2017. Pours a hazy orange gold with an off-white head that lasts throughout the beer and laces slightly. Aroma has earthy grains, grass, earthy citrus and a hint of onion. Flavor has earthy grains, straw, grass and a bit of citrus underlying.

16oz can. After the first one not so excited I scooped a 4pack. Murky unfiltered copper body. Steady off white head. Not off, but not that much finesse either. For how much the Mosaic is broadcast on the label, it certainly isn’t that impressive. Seems like it has some more diesel bittering hop doing most of the work. Grows on me some, it is like an antiquated APA with Mosaic I suppose. OK.
