330ml can. Poured a clear dark brown colour with a big frothy off white head. The aroma is roasty malt, coffee, liqouirce, dark, chocolate, The flavour is moderate sweet, light liquorice bitter, with a smooth, rich, dry charcoal, coffee palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

(Keg at Gallows Bird Real Ale Festival 2019) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, bell peppers and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, bell peppers, sweetness, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet, burnt and bitter. A nice burnt brew with bell pepper notes.

Keg @ Gallows bird, Espoo. Poured near black in color with a thin brown head. Lots of coffee in aroma, dark fruits. Hops, coffee, roastedness. Coffee beans, tobacco.

Cask gravity at the Pig's ear beer festival 05/12/2017. An opaque black coloured pour with a lasting creamy tan head. Aroma is clean and woody roast, dark choclate, bitter liquorice. Flavour is composed ofcoffee, fresh veg pepper, green coffee, bean, woody roast, semi sweet sugars. Lingering roast. Palates is semi sweet, rounded, moderate carbonation.

Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness, hint of sour. Moderate body, thin and oily texture, average carbonation.
