The second beer from our Single Hop Series is brewed with only Centennial. Centennial is a dual purpose hop sometimes called the Super Cascade. It has notes of Floral, Orange Blossom, and Lemon. This hop has a mild resinous feeling, and is a very commonly used hop amongst craft brewers.
