Brewed in October Our Maibock has plenty of time to age and mellow properly. We brew it with German Bock yeast that brings out smooth malty characteristics from the grain allowing some of the more subtle notes to be more present. This beer is medium bodied, gold in color, and finishes with aroma notes of citrus fruits
