Our brewer Joe had this beer in mind from the moment he joined our brew team here at Molo. He meticulously watched over this beer during cellaring and it is one of his favorite styles. With a farmhouse aroma and elegant touches of malt, this beer is a fun interpretation of the saison style with a deep color shift.
