Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a hazy peach color with a large foamy-soapy yellow-white head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was dry leafy and gritty hops. The flavor was bitter, dry and earthy with leafy floral and herbal hops. Very long hoppy finish. Medium body. Meh.

Pours watery amber, very clear and foam reduces quickly. Nose has some citrus, mixed with tropical fruits, relatively mild and lets malt base to come out slightly as well. 8 different hops seem to be disappeared somewhere as taste, while mildly bitter, is relatively rounded and soft, even velvety. I do like it and its easy to drink, just doesn't wow me in any way. Good table beer.

Bottle. When I saw voodoo, first I thought of the one in mercer, then I saw NB, I thought it would be a big giant IPA. I was mistaken. Lets call this IPA light. Now, this is what a session IPA should be like. JMHO. Forget the voodoo ranger name, will yah? Just because it was successful for an IPA, do you have to name everything voodoo ranger? Just asking. WTF?

355 ml can, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 5.5%. Clear golden colour, moderate white head. Pleasant aroma of fruity and piney hops, notes of citrus and tropical fruits. The flavour has a slight sweetness, again with hoppy notes of pine needles, citrus and tropical fruits. Moderate bittering hops.
