Bottle 50 cl. Pours brown with a warm, reddish hue and a delicious, creamy and lacing beige head. Very subdued aroma, hardly anything there. Thin body, sweetness from the lactose before anything else, hardly any roast. Odd experiment. 271218

Bottle 500ml. [ As Viborg Malkepigens Stout ].Unclear dark brown colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, chocolate. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet with a long duration, chocolate - milk chocolate, dark malt, roasted, light lacto, milk chocolate notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180406] 7-4-7-3-14

Draught @ Viborg Bryghus. Pours very dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, little toasted bread, light chocolate, licorice. Flavor is light sweet, malt, little caramel, little chocolate, licorice. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, light sweet finish. 150917
