Bottle courtesy of Summer Santa. Pours hazy pale golden with a frothy offwhite head that leaves down thick lacing on the glass while dissipating. Smell is tiny fruity and floral with crackers, white bread, cereal, peaches, honey, hay, dry soil and lemon zest. Taste is tiny sout, tiny bitter, fruity and floral. Mouthfeel is slightly dry, tiny tart and medium bodied. Finish is tiny bitter and tiny sour with crackers, white bread, cereal, peaches, hay, dry soil and lemon zest. Decent but very unrewarding. Don’t detect much tripel uniqueness. Decent floral and peach forward BSA. --- Beer merged from original tick of Peach Tripel on 19 Sep 2015 at 02:25 - Score: 7

Bottle thanks to Red Beard. Subtle fruity accents on this sturdy tripel, tweaking some of the normal style characteristics. Not overly sweet, just a tinge to add to the butery, savory triple flavors.

Deep hazy golden and light straw coloured body with a thinnish tan head, about a centimetre tall. Aroma of yeast, coriander seed, curacao, grass, hay and way more wheat than anything else - super pungent and light. Medium-bodied; Assertive yeast and wheat flavours throughout with some peaches, apricots, oranges, lemons and even a bit of caster sugar to couple with the wheat. Aftertaste shows a relatively deep flavour with yeast and wheat coming out the most, but a light peach and fruity note throughout. Overall, a nice beer with some good flavours, but nothing crazy and the peach only shows a touch - more of a standard tripel and not a fruit-based beer. I sampled this 75 cL bottle purchased from Costco in Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia on 24-June-2015 for US$8,89, sampled at home a few steps away, in Washington on 16-July-2015.

750 ml bottle from my Dad, 6/21/15. Thanks Dad and Happy Father's Day!
The aroma is peach, yeast, and a bit of lemon. Some orange as well. Pepper and herbal notes come through underneath. Light yellow-orange in color with a fuzzy, white head. Tastes lightly sweet, with a good amount of peppery spice, some tart fruit, and a bit of herbal hop bitterness. Medium bodied, with a slightly tingly feel and a lightly dry finish. Pretty nice beer. There's a nice complexity here. Very well done.

750ml bottle pours a cloudy, dark gold with some soft white head. Nose has a ton of peach juice, some nectarine too, some wood, candy, mild yeast. Flavor follows, peach juice, tart nectarine, some yogurt but not overly so, some wood, a little candy, mild herbs. Medium bodied. Hid the alcohol well.
