Bottle at the DC Expanded Sour Tasting. Light peaches. Not a lot here, some vanilla, peach. Mouthfeel is dry with a bit herbal, peppery, some robust notes. Interesting, but missing a more juicy character unfortunately.

From a 75 cl bottle shared at Travlr’s sour beer tasting. Pours a clear gold with an off white head. Sour peach nose. Flavors of peach and tarty cherry. Smooth finish.

4 oz pour on draft at Spacebar. Hazy yellow with off-white head. Aromas of peach, yeast, herbs. Tastes of peach, yeast, esters, herbs and spice. Medium body with a dry finish.
