8 3 7 3 16Bottle at Oedipus, Carnivale Brettanomysis ‘18. Hazy brown with a ring off white head. Aroma of tart ripe dark fruits, vanilla, green weeds, light herbs, caramel, vinegar and malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle sampled at Carnivale Brettanomyces. Murky brown with small off white head. Light lactic notes, sour berries, bready, soft vanilla, caramel, nice malts, dead leaves, light ash, old wood. Medium sweet, sour and bitter. Bit over medium bodied.

750 C&C Gold with a white head. Tart herbal aroma. Well balanced tartness, not too tart, not too sweet. Had some digestive issues the following day as some of these will sometimes do.
