Bottle at home (Borefts 2017 day 1). Unclear brownish amber with thin white head. Big sweet toasted caramel malts, loads of fruitiness and some peat. Big sweet and bitter. Full body and soft carbonation. Crispy and juicy heavy alcy barleywine. Seems the same as the Borefts festival Frick & Frack BA, as expected. The bottle doesnβt mention a Molen collab. Earlier Rating: 9/22/2017 Total Score: 4Borefts 2017 day 1. Hazy dark brown. Big sweet barley malts, sweet smokey and fruity whiskey barrel notes. Big sweet and bitter. Fullbody and soft carbonation. Juicy heavy loader. Quite nice and rich. --- Beer merged from original tick of Barrel Project: 17.09 - Frick & Frack Clermont Spring BA on 24 Dec 2017 at 20:23 - Score: . Original review text: 4

Tap at Borefts. Amber color with tan head. Aroma is smoked ham, prunes, raisins, vanilla. Taste is oak sugar, vanilla, caramel, prunes, syrupy. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. I like the regular version better, this one's too sweet.

Tap at Borefts 2017. Bit hazy reddish brown with small beige head. Raisins, plums, sweet malts, vanilla, marzipan, alcohol, sugar, ginger, light milky. Quite sweet with alcoholic bitterness. Full bodied with light alcoholic finish. Good but a bit boozy.
