This batch is better than Clark experienced it seems. Hazy deep gold colored and half finger of white head. Nose is citrus pine and honey. Tatses much the same nothing else jumps. Palate is little slick

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 4 | Flavor - 4 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 4.5
Brewery draught, 8/27/23. Copper. Clear. Small, white head instantly to ring. Wow, if you told me I was drinking a Diacetyl seltzer, I'd be close to believing you, except that there's more body to it than a seltzer. Good malt depth, attenuation, all Diacetyl.
