[ As Alphabet Nouvelle Saison ].Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate yeasty, rubber, saison yeast, lemon grass, light lime - ginger. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, saison yeast, fruity malt, light lemon grass - lime - ginger. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Leicht trübes hell goldgelbes Bier mit einer geringen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch würzig, hefig, zitronig spritzig. Geschmack nach grünem Tee, Gewürze, hefig, sehr bitter.
