Nice light pink fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is dry concentrated sour-ish fruity, sour raspberries, berry skin, raspberry syrup, grass, sorrel, cherry stones, oak, citrus acid, hints of mild vinegar. Taste is dry concentrated sour-ish fruity, insane amounts of sour raspberries, berry skin, raspberry syrup, sorrel, vinegar, citrus acid, sour cherries, oak, red currants, sweet red berries. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish concentrated fruity mouthfeel. Lovely!

Draught @ Mikkeller Bar, Viktoriagade 8BC, kld., Copenhagen, Denmark DK-1655 [ As Mikkeller SpontanPentadrupelRaspberry ].Unclear dark brown red - purple colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white - pink - purple head. Aroma is heavy raspberry, raspberry syrup, sweet raspberry, tart raspberry, raspberry fruit juice, berry skin, tart, very intense. Flavor is heavy sweet and moderare acidic with a long long duration, tart raspberry, heavy raspberry fruit - berry, very intense, wood - oak, dry, so heavy. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is moderate alcoholic, for me a sipper but a good one ! [20180308] 8-4-9-4-18

Draught @ Mikkeller Bar, Aarhus. Pours hazy deep red with a small dirty offwhite / red head. Aroma of malt, light sourness, heavy tart berries, raspberry, raspberry jam, little lemon, light wood, little wine. Flavor is sour, malty, intense tart berries, sweet and tart raspberry, red wine, wood, oak, little alcohol. Full body, soft carbonation, dry and acidic fruity finish. Very intense raspberry, gets a little hard to drink. 030318

Tap@Mikkeller Bar Vik, Copenhagen - dark dark red purple to black with thin bubbly head. Intense resonating raspberry fruity, deep raspberry, berry skin, medium to high acidity, medium to full bodied, starts semi sweet with waves of raspberry fruit not letting up, turns tart fruity, some wooden accents, solid tart berry fruity finish. Immense.

Tap @ Mikkeller Bar, Aarhus. Extremely deep red - almost black - with a small pink head. Aroma is sweet, extreme raspberries, wood and barnyard. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate acidic. Bone dry and moderate acidic finish. I love raspberry, and this is amazing. Wauw. 240218

From tap. Pours deep purple to black. Small off white head. Aroma is dense citric raspberry. Thcik rebena raspberry. Sour. Citric. Intense flavoured. Sour and sweet. Thick and syrupy. Intense raspberry thick finish.
