Reminiscent of the Scottish Ales of the 1700s and 1800s this strong, dark beer with ruby highlights is deeply malty. A smooth body exhibiting caramel with hints of dark grains leads to a crisp finish.

On tap at Your Father's Moustache. Pours clear brown with a beige head. Brown bread crusts and dry dark sugars on the nose. Flavour has dry brown sugars, toast, and crusts. Nice, dry malt profile. Great malt treatment.

5oz pour at Your Fathers Moustache. Pours clear amber with a beige head. Not much on the nose. Flavour has some crusty bread malts; fairly unremarkable, but inoffensive.
