[ As Gyle 59 Rye Expression ].Clear medium to dark orange - red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, rye, sweet malt, wheat, moderate hoppy, moderate yeasty, saison yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, saison yeast, rye, dark malt, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20160804] 7-3-6-3-13

Cask at EBF24, 04/08/16. Murky amber with a well appointed beige cap. Nose is light grain, fruit esters, spice, faint green berry, straw. Taste comprises sharp citric shreds, straw, hay, grains, light bread, spice. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, tangy fruit bitterness in the close. Ok.

Cask gravity @ 24th Egham Beer Festival. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty caramel hoppy citrus aroma. Fruity malty spicy citrus hoppy flavor with hints of caramel. Has a fruity malty weak hoppy citrus finish with hints of caramel.
